1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Pak Post (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not use the Service.

These Terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who access or use the Service, including individuals and businesses (collectively, "Users").

2. Description of Service

Pak Post is a multi-platform social media management tool that allows users to schedule, manage, and automatically publish content to connected social media accounts including TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, X (Twitter), LinkedIn, and others.

Key features include:

• Content scheduling and auto-publishing across multiple platforms
• Content calendar management
• Video and image upload for deferred posting
• Post performance analytics and reporting
• Team collaboration and multi-account management

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service. By registering, you represent and warrant that you are 18 years of age or older and have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms.

If you are using the Service on behalf of a business or organization, you represent that you have the authority to bind that entity to these Terms.

4. Account Registration

To use the Service, you must create an account by providing accurate, current, and complete information. You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
• All activities that occur under your account
• Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account
• Keeping your account information up to date

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that provide false or misleading information.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes and in a manner consistent with these Terms. You must not use the Service to:

• Post, schedule, or publish content that violates any applicable law or regulation
• Infringe on the intellectual property rights of any third party
• Distribute spam, misinformation, or deceptive content
• Harass, threaten, or harm any individual or group
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any account, system, or network
• Use automated bots or scraping tools against our platform
• Violate the terms of service of any connected social media platform

6. Your Content

Ownership

You retain full ownership of all content you upload, schedule, or publish through the Service ("Your Content"). We do not claim any intellectual property rights over Your Content.

License to Us

By uploading content to the Service, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive, worldwide license to store, process, and transmit Your Content solely for the purpose of providing the Service — that is, to schedule and publish your content on your behalf.

Your Responsibility

You are solely responsible for Your Content and the consequences of publishing it. You represent and warrant that:

• You have all necessary rights, licenses, and permissions for Your Content
• Your Content does not infringe any third-party rights
• Your Content complies with all applicable laws and platform policies

7. Third-Party Platforms

Our Service integrates with third-party social media platforms ("Platforms") such as TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, X, and LinkedIn. Your use of these Platforms through our Service is subject to each Platform's own terms of service and privacy policies.

You acknowledge that:

• We are not affiliated with or endorsed by these Platforms
• Platform APIs and features may change, and this could affect our Service's functionality
• We are not responsible for any actions taken by a Platform regarding your account (e.g., suspension, content removal)
• You must maintain valid accounts and comply with Platform rules independently

In particular, when publishing to TikTok, you agree to comply with TikTok's Terms of Service and Community Guidelines.

8. Subscription & Billing

Plans

We offer subscription plans (Free, Pro, Business, etc.) with varying features and limits. Plan details and pricing are available on our pricing page.

Billing

Paid subscriptions are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis. By providing payment information, you authorize us to charge the applicable fees to your payment method.

Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. We do not provide refunds for partial billing periods unless required by law.

Changes to Pricing

We reserve the right to modify pricing. We will provide at least 30 days' notice before any price changes take effect for existing subscribers.

9. Intellectual Property

All rights, title, and interest in and to the Service — including software, designs, logos, and underlying technology — are owned by Pak Post and its licensors. These Terms do not grant you any rights to use our name, logo, or trademarks without prior written consent.

10. Disclaimers

The Service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not warrant that:

• The Service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free
• Posts will be published at the exact scheduled time in all cases
• The Service will meet your specific requirements
• Results from using the Service will meet your expectations

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Pak Post and its affiliates, officers, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages — including loss of profits, data, or goodwill — arising from your use of or inability to use the Service.

Our total liability to you for any claims arising from these Terms shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months prior to the claim.

12. Termination

You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us or through the account settings. We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service immediately, without notice, if:

• You breach these Terms
• We are required to do so by law or a Platform
• Your use of the Service poses a risk to other users or to us

Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. We may delete your stored content within 90 days of termination.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Pakistan, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved exclusively in the courts of Pakistan.

14. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we make material changes, we will notify you by email and/or by displaying a prominent notice within the Service at least 14 days before the changes take effect.

Your continued use of the Service after the effective date of revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes.
